What this site collects, what happens to it, and what it doesn't do. Updated September 20, 2026.

The quote tool

The quote form asks for your age, date of birth, how you'd rate your health, tobacco use, amount of coverage and term length. Those answers go to a quoting service run by the carriers' platform to get rates, and aren't kept by this site. No name, location, phone or email is required to get quotes. Identical requests made again may be answered from a short-term cache to avoid calling the quoting service twice.

Applying

If you choose to apply, the answers from the quote are used to prefill the carriers' secure application, and you proceed under that platform's privacy policy. Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance agency (License 0B75129), manages applications.

The contact form

The contact form asks for your name, email, an optional phone number, how you'd prefer to be contacted, a topic and your message. It's sent by email to the agency; your email is used as the reply address. This site doesn't keep a copy, doesn't store a database of submissions and doesn't log message text. A brief anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

This site measures visits using first-party, cookieless tracking served from this domain. No cookies or local identifiers are created; two bytes of your IP address are masked before storage; referrer query strings are stripped; raw logs are erased after 90 days. Browsers sending Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control headers are excluded from measurement.

What we do not do

We don't sell or share personal data, don't use ad trackers, and don't load third-party analytics. The only outside code on this site is the carriers' application system on the Apply page, which loads only if you go to it.
